Nine steps. You are involved in four of them; the rest is the platform doing the parts that normally fall on you.
Check the property
You enter your address, create an account and confirm the aerial view of your roof is current — no missing additions, garages or extensions.
Create the scope
RoofHub assembles the measurements, roof geometry, photos and known variables into one standardised project. You are not responsible for measuring anything.
Open sealed bidding
Every eligible contractor covering your area can bid, decline, or ignore it and come back later while the project is still open. No contractor sees another's price.
Compare contractors
Standardised pricing, financing options, product systems, warranties, verified history and full company profiles — all answering the same questions.
Secure the transaction
The accepted bid is locked. Your funds, or approved lender funding, are secured before any materials are ordered.
Order locked materials
The supplier receives the exact product system and quantities you accepted. The contractor cannot downgrade the product or authorise a substitution on their own.
Install and manage changes
You and the contractor agree the schedule directly. If something unexpected turns up — rotten decking, for instance — it goes through a documented change order with evidence and a price you approve.
Complete and release
The contractor submits completion evidence. You can approve straight away, or use the seven-day window to raise anything that is genuinely incomplete.
Leave a verified review
A completed project unlocks a review scored across five factors: punctuality, communication, daily cleanup, workmanship and final cleanup.
What RoofHub does and doesn't do
RoofHub
Builds the standardised project, runs sealed bidding, secures funding, locks the material order, keeps the evidence trail, and applies defined rules when something goes wrong.
Your contractor
Performs the roofing work, manages their own crews and scheduling, decides what is safe to work in, and stands behind their workmanship warranty.
