Contractor verification
Registered business, verified identity, authorised users, banking, current liability insurance and applicable WSIB clearance — checked before bidding and monitored for expiry.
Transaction evidence
Material delivery, approved change orders, completion evidence and funding states each leave their own record, so a dispute is settled by looking rather than by arguing over recollections.
Payment protection
Funds are secured before materials are ordered, and the final payout follows defined completion conditions rather than a single click by the person being paid.
Product integrity
The manufacturer, product line and colour you accepted are locked into the order. A substitution needs verified evidence that the product genuinely cannot be sourced, and your approval.
Fraud controls
Related accounts, collusive bidding, fabricated reviews and sudden banking changes are all things we look for. Sensitive account changes trigger extra authentication and a payout hold.

The rule underneath all of it
Privacy
Information is shared by transaction stage, not handed around. Contractors bidding on your project do not receive your full identity or contact details before you choose them. Suppliers see what they need to fulfil an order and nothing about your financing.
